okay, his name isn’t “rick shaw” but that would have been cool. he’s ramu – a 52 year old autorickshaw driver that moonlights as a traffic cop. he spends five hours every day directing traffic at the busy tvs cross junction at peenya industrial estate. he’s been serving up traffic justice for – wait for it – wait for it…10 years now!
